Experience managing personnel in a highly technical fast-paced environment
Experience programming and/or exposure to AWS or Cloud)
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science
Desirable Programming experience with Relational Database tools (SQL)
Experience writing queries for Databases (relationship based, enterprise level)
Willing to support in emergency production issues
Camstar configuration and modeling (project support).
Support Base Business Production Systems Projects. Support for system configuration changes in CAMSTAR.
Daily/Weekly support of Data Changes (Internal process for system configuration changes or batch error corrections)
Develop and maintain a new MES implementation/ support strategy that integrates process knowledge, equipment design, and quality standards with information technology to reduce downtime, elevate the level of regulatory compliance, and introduce efficiency gains through effective use of available technologies.
Map existing manufacturing processes (warehouse, equipment management & EBR) to MES
Design and deploy MES systems to replace paper based or manual systems including batch records, weigh & dispense, warehouse management and material tracking in a specialty chemical manufacturing environment
