·         Work experience as project manager – managing projects with technical flair, project planning for new initiatives, handling multiple projects parallelly.

·         Experience in managing people in the team with diverse skills and locations

·         Experience in Agile methodology – All scrum ceremonies efficiently and ability to facilitate PI planning

·         Knowledge or experience in DevOps/CICD tools and methodologies. SAFe Exp.

·         Run the E2E project management with vendor partners

·         Partner with vendors to implement project requirements

·         Work closely with business teams to understand project requirements and ensure timelines are aligned across all teams

·         Influence teams across projects to streamline and enhance processes as projects are being implemented

·         Identify, assess, and develop ideas to improve new product launch process, as well as identify ideas for new projects to enhance the overall process

·         Experience working with agile tech teams

·         Ability to communicate and build strong relationships across multiple levels of leadership

·         Results driven with the ability to effectively manage initiatives to completion

·         Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in teams

·         Strong sense of personal accountability and demonstrated self-starter

·         Experience leading a team in a diverse and quickly changing environment

·         Experience with Project Management tools and Rally
