Lead efforts on designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.

·  Hands-on development while managing a team of onshore and offshore developers.

·  Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis

·  Object-oriented Design and Analysis (OOA and OOD)

·  Software modeling and simulation

·  Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

·  Support, maintain and document software functionality

·  Integrate software with existing systems

·  Maintain standards compliance

·  Perform code reviews; mentor offshore development team and junior resources

·  Write and perform code-based unit testing, while setting up CI/CD pipeline

Skills and Experience Required:

·  Minimum of 8 years’ experience with object-oriented programming languages (ie: .Net)

·  5 years of experience with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, Node.js.

·  Minimum of 3 years’ experience with AWS core services like S3, Lambda, EC2, SNS, SQS & Cloud Watch developing cloud-native business applications.

·  Fluency with CI/CD tool sets such as: Azure DevOps.

·  Hands-on AWS experience with the server-less approaches using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, ECS or EKS and at least two implementations (preferred in an Enterprise scale environment).

·  Strong communication and collaboration skillset with team lead experience.

·  Ability to work effectively with, and mentor, an offshore team Desired

·  Ability to participate in architecture discussions with the client's architecture group

·  AWS Certified Developer Associate

 Education:

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field of study
