Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

Analyze and research planned or proposed high profile, controversial and/or high-impact changes to banking business and/or operations.

Make presentations to senior-level steering committee (or similar body) representing the development of project objectives, negotiations of project scope with client, risk identification/mitigations, and negotiations on project deliverables, timelines and resources.

Develop/maintain project standards, processes and methodologies.

Assign activities and responsibilities to project team.

Communicate with project sponsor(s).

Define project scope and objectives.

Develop/maintain project schedules.

Identify appropriate resources.

Report project status.

Evaluate project lifecycle, including the results achieved versus expected.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and scope.

Provide expert assistance as mentor or coach to other project managers, project support staff and business clients, as needed

Required Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training

Six years of project management experience with a successful project delivery record, delivering on time and within budget

Experience interacting with business customers and managing expectations

Ability to form sound business relationships and partner across the Bank for effective, cross-functional project delivery

Sound understanding of business intelligence, analytics, data management and data warehousing concepts

Ability to handle multiple complex projects with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently or as a member of a team

Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
