• 8+ years of technical project management experience in cloud-based CRM technologies

• At least 5 years’ experience with project delivery and execution with native and custom installations for Dynamics CRM 2015 / 2016 / 365

• Experience working with Dynamics 365 Portals

• Experience integrating MS Dynamics with SharePoint/Data Lake for document management

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects and products in an Agile project management environment

• Deep understanding on creating customizations, business process flows, and workflows for Dynamics CRM

• Experience working with data migration and loading for Dynamics 365

• Experience sharing code and modules through enterprise source code management systems

• Experience working in a high demand work environment

• Excellent interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building

• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills when interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
