•             Tech lead will be responsible to  provides support and coordinates triage efforts to resolve technical issues for enterprise class applications that are hosted in inhouse or AWS.

•             Strong Analytical and Logic Skills.

•             Good in decision making to resolve the production incidents quickly.

•             Ability to troubleshoot / triage issues with critical and complex production systems

•             Ability to solve problems dealing with complex systems using codified, scripted, or automated solutions

•             Ability to identify the toil areas and reduce the manual work thru automation

•             Working knowledge of programming languages including Java/J2EE, Oracle SOA/OSB, Spring Boot.

•             Strong in vocal and verbal communication Skills

•             Must have Production support experience.

•             Must have an experience in monitoring analysis tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana, SiteScope and Nimsoft.

•             Working Experience in MongoDB and Oracle database preferred.

•             Good to have experience in Microservice development using Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift

•             Understanding of complex system architecture, firewall, DMZ, application servers such as WebLogic, Tomcat

•             Responsible for completing coding assignments related to applications, testing, systems reliability, build and deployments

•             Act as a liaison between internal business units and development teams when needed

•             Document reproducible issues in the product bug database

•             Available to work in the 24*7 model for call technical support for client systems.

•             Good to have knowledge on Financial domain.
