- Experience as a Project Manager is required; PMP certification is encouraged

- Advanced knowledge of project management methodology and tools, and be able to learn about the business and solutions we are delivering
- Must be able to handle execution responsibilities for several projects at one time, each with competing/conflicting priorities
- Must have experience in a consulting role, preferably to Financial Institutions
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications such as MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Effective oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients
- Advanced project management (driver, anticipator, proactive) and organizational skills
- Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced negotiation and conflict management skills
- Advanced leadership skills
- Able to travel domestically
- BA/BS or equivalent college degree, 4-7 years functional experience, 3-5 years supervisory experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform as project manager on small to large client project implementations that can exceed twelve months in duration or having significant budget (revenue) impact on the business unit
- Build artifacts and templates, participate on process improvement projects and develop standards and best practices as needed
- You will be a delivery Project Manager Subject Matter Expert assigned to manage multiple projects at the same time. This role as a delivery expert will manage a team to oversee the success of the client implementation. The project resources will similarly be engaged with competing responsibilities.
- Provide task assignments, work direction and guidance to the project team to achieve quality results
- You will be interacting with clients and representing Experian in client meetings
- Domestic travel as needed occasionally, though most work would be accomplished using remote enablement technologies.
- Train, mentor, coach new project managers.
