- Has good grasp of OOPs concepts, ASP.NET, C# & SQL SERVER
- Able to conduct a normal day in life as a Sr. Developer
- Able to participate in Agile ceremonies or waterfall phases
- Able to participate in requirement elicitation session as needed with the business community
- Ability to understand system architecture and engage in providing inputs to and with Architects as needed
- Able to participate & contribute in high level design discussions for new functionality or enhancements
- Able to create detailed design when high level design is provided
- Able to conduct or participate in unit testing, system integration testing or other applicable / required test
