• Needs to be a Technical BA; can do data modeling, mapping, validation. 
• Needs SAP experience 
• Agile BA skills; translating requirements to user stories, tracking in backlog (JIRA)
• Supply Chain Deliver/logistics experience; even more ideal is understanding supply chain E2E. 

Job Responsibilities: The J&J Consumer Health organization is seeking aSenior Business Analyst to support the global roll out of a "cost toserve" capability. This goal is to drive better insights into costsrelated to outbound and inbound delivery to J&J's direct clients.Currently, this is deployed based on a region or sector basis depending on whois requesting this information. The goal is to shift to an enterprise approachthat is standardized. The cost-to-deliver data will be pushed into the "DigitalCore" which is an enterprise data lake / common data layer (MS Azure, SAP)related to an ongoing "E2E Data Excellence" program within ConsumerHealth. This senior BA will be responsible for data discovery efforts withinDigital Core tables and validate if the data already exists or not. – Will engage with various business partners and technical teams to gather requirements and information needed for discovery - Working in the Common Data Layer (CDL) Level 0, sift through SAP tables to identify current state data and validate if data matches what is needed for cost-to-deliver capability -Gap/fit analysis, data discovery/validation, mapping of cost to deliver data requirements with digital core - Documentation of gaps and areas of overlap that can be utilized with the integration - Turn business requirements into user stories utilizing JIRA

Job Qualifications:

- Must be an experienced functional BA with Agile experience

- Must have experience with supply chain logistics/deliver/transportation. Should understand inbound/outbound freight, or broadly understand logistics.

- Must have experience with writing user stories and JIRA

- Must have familiarity with SAP and table architecture.

- MS Azure is a nice to have

- Extra nice to have exposure to ledger and financial processes specific to J&J

- Experience with J&J is a plus.
