JOB DETAIL

Strategic and Delivery: Solution Identification, Design, and Implementation (50%)

  • Architect and oversee the design and implementation of RPA solutions (Blue prism tool is must) to ensure quality. This will involve managing a team of analyst(s), developer(s) but will also be required to be “hands-on”. 
  • Understand the business requirements and provide continuous guidance to development team. 
  • Define & reinforce RPA coding standards and best practices e.g. modular and reusable code designs, enforce exceptions handling etc. 
  • Will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business.
  • Will break down and analyze existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an RPA supported solution.
  • Will ensure that proper KPIs are defined and measured.
  • Will need to work closely with the project team, business and system SMEs. 
  • Will need to review team deliverables (e.g. design reviews, code reviews etc.) 
  • SAP knowledge is required and hands-on is good to have.
  • Experience in DevOPs model/process is required 
  • Utility/energy domain experience is good to have

Service Management (25%)

  • Will be responsible for the ongoing support of the RPA Solutions and the quality of service and performance.
  • Design and maintain high performing service support functions to ensure that RPA solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels.
  • Monitor, support and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented.
  • Proactive in problem solving with development team 
  • Good to have, if the candidate has been part of any DevOps projects and deliveries

Managerial/ Supervisory Responsibilities (25%)

  • Manage communications and working relationships for RPA Team
  • Manage and prioritize the work for the team.
  • Manage RPA team recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance.

Experience, Training & Education

  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience preferred; experience in business process definition, optimization and/or automation will be plus.
  • Demonstrated the ability to understand and optimize business processes.
  • An innovative, creative approach to problem solving.
  • RPA automation experience in Blue Prism tool is a must have. Experience UiPath, automation anywhere, power automate would be a plus. 
  • Bachelor’s in preferably Business or IT related field. Master’s a plus.
  • Candidates must have experience of analysis and design of business processes mapping.
  • Experience presenting solutions to senior management.
  • Strong skills in MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce easily understood documentation. The successful candidate must be able to explain technical detail to non-technical colleagues and to interact at senior levels.
