Collaborate with Product Owners, agile teams, management and as well as other Agile Coaches to enhance agile application and delivery practices to support teams and ART
Communicate team-level agile adoption progress against coaching, improvement, and change roadmaps
Help implement organizational transformation using Lean and Agile principles
Identify, manage issues and mitigate risk
Build knowledge and credibility quickly
Mentor and lead team members to develop their skills in scaling Agile.
When not working as an agile coach, may work as a technical lead/Project manager
Mandatory to have SAFe Scrum Master(SSM) OR SAFe Advanced Scrum Master(SASM).
Experience of leading cross-functional teams.
Experience leveraging lean change management techniques and optimize delivery.
