JOB DETAIL

  • ServiceNow Developer, Service Catalog and Service Portal Mobile app, Now Mobile and Agent Mobile.
  • Able to demonstrate/present proposed architecture to Client higher leadership with well communication and presentation skills
  • Ensure active participation in ServiceNow release (weekly/bi-weekly)
  • Able to work collaboratively with different geographic location team members in USA, Canada, Mexico, India locations,
  • Technical Architect expert in ServiceNow with a minimum 3+ years working experience as ServiceNow Mobile app Developer and 10+ years overall in IT.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in selling and delivering ServiceNow solutions across multiple products –ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, Portal
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Mobile app, Performance analytics, Flow Designer etc.,
  • Configures the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators/Developers.
  • Complete development, configuration, and workflow administration to support ServiceNow Now and Agent App
  • Create and maintain technical documentation regarding development processes,
  • best practice guidelines and other related artifacts (e.g. templates, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly desired. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • Experience with implementing ServiceNow Mobile app.
  • Experience in design solutions for consumer facing IOS ServiceNow mobile applications
  • Experience in UI/UX mobile development using Mobile development studio
  • Experience in configuring Applets, data items and create layouts and other functions
  • 5+ years of Experience in Web technologies (Web Services – SOAP/REST, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc)
  • Implement, enhance and integrate ServiceNow platform, service catalog and Service Portal per business requirements in a highly collaborative, inclusive and tolerant environment.
  • Identify gaps in the requirement and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to identify and clarify requirements.
  • Work independently to manage timelines and deliverable; provide ongoing communication the stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship building skills; demonstrated conflict management/resolution and or the ability to manage through ambiguity
