1. Should have expertise in Automation Testing using Selenium Python (4 hands-on experience in automation testing)

2. Should have good knowledge on python and its helper classes/libraries

3. Should be an expert in building automation frameworks from scratch for Web/Angular/ applications– BDD framework is must

4. Should have expertise in API Automation using any one of the API automation tools

5. Should have experience in Database validations/Interactions

6. Should have experience with integrating automation frameworks in the CI pipeline.

7. Should be aware of the automation testing lifecycle

8. Should be aware of the design patterns in automation testing

9. Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills

1. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive.

2. The individual will work closely with developers, test engineers, project manager, Testing Head, client

3. And other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing automated test iterations, tracking & reporting test results, troubleshooting and coordinating the bug fixes.

4. The individual should have a strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology.

Job Description

1. Design, build and maintain automation frameworks

2. Design, develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium Python

3. Automate API testing based on project needs

4. Integrate the automation suite in the CI Pipeline

5. Execute the automation scripts on containerized environments if required

6. Should handle client and team with respect to deliverables of the automation project

7. Should guide the team to resolve technical challenges faced in the project

5. Proactively learn healthcare standards, workflows and technologies

6. Interact with client with day to day basis to understand requirements and testing.
