Lead scrum teams with a focus on ensuring successful implementation
Maintain an organized project using project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
Be the key interface with engineering leads to estimate work, define project milestones and deliverables
Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to build highly collaborative teams and to enhance communication across teams and stakeholders
Provide guidance and direction required for meeting business and technical objectives
Remove barriers and impediments to achieve continuous improvements
Track metrics / KPIs to gauge team performance and drive improvement
Generate reports / Create dashboards to make relevant data on sprints/releases/quarters readily available to leadership
Mentor and guide teams on Agile practices
Skills and Abilities:
Certified Scrum Master
Exceptional problem solving, analytical and organization skills with a detail-oriented attitude
Excellent (oral and written) communication skills
Experience leading multiple teams
Experience with onshore and offshore teams
Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (JIRA)
Effective written and spoken communication
Experience with customer-facing applications
Experience with multiple Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc)
The ideal candidate has experience in IT, Marketing, and Education business processes
