Experience with B2C and B2B eCommerce systems (required)
Experience working with any PIM (Product Information Management system) required, experience with Stibo is a big plus
A high-level understanding of the product lifecycle and product attributes flow across eCommerce ecosystem
Experience working through at least one Data Migration project is required
Strong analysis skills required around business process decomposition and data analysis, including data standardization, data cleansing, and data consolidation.
Ability to understand complex systems and workflows
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to make presentations
Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies is a plus.
Key responsibilities
Work closely with brand teams to understand and document Business requirements
Work closely with the Product teams to clearly understand the roadmap and business impacts
Drive requirements gathering user workshops, document use cases, create user stories and design workflow processes.
Work with Architect and developers to translate requirements into technical specifications and create data mapping artifacts.
Assist with Training documentation and knowledge transfers
Assist QA team with development of functional test plans and facilitate user acceptance process.
Develop comprehensive understanding of the business processes as well as a strong working rapport with business users.
Help validate existing business rules for each brand and create new/improve existing business rules based on the brand needs
Work independently while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
