We are looking for a Salesforce resource to augment the PSEG Work Management product group team working on the Mobile Workforce Management Solution (MWMS) project. The resource is expected to assist the PSEG team with Mobile Workforce Management Solution project activities, deployment support. Please supply resources with skills, in general, as below:

Architect, design and develop solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Convert user stories to technical specifications, perform configuration, coding & testing
Review application issues/minor enhancement requests, design solutions & present  to business stakeholders, and gain approval
Coordinate with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Change Managers and Vendor development teams to test, troubleshoot, document, and deploy changes to production
Provide knowledge transfer of Salesforce best practices to the product group
Provide technical support to the business users during rollout
