Will need a strong Scrum Master to help establish a new team to deliver high quality solutions to allow Allianz to be in compliance with new Regulatory requirements. This team is expected to be ongoing as our regulatory environment is constantly changing.   Examples include: Secure Act,  Best Interest, DOL
 
Other key points:

• Scrum Master with experience in Agile coaching and building highly productive teams
• Team will be part of Service Quality Management Program is looking to adopt Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe
• MS Project experience is required, with strong financial management and reporting
• Looking for local candidates able to work virtually in the short term and open to moving into hybrid model longer term (1 – 4 days in the office)
• Insurance / Financial / Regulatory experience required
