Manage large program plans including change control and adjusting critical path
Closely partner with other Program Managers to build awareness of all segments of
the program plan and resolve inefficiencies
Automate plan tracking and reporting and improve transparency on state of the
project
Report regularly and consistently on program plans and state
On a need basis, drive smaller projects to completion
Interact with Engineering, Product Managers, Project Managers and Technical
Program Managers to gather latest project updates
Update project documents and keep them latest to a weekly cadence
Review plans with the lead program manager and discuss changes and follow-up
action plans
Drive small projects in partnership with Engineering, Product Managers, Project
Managers and Technical Program Managers
Required Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
5-10 years’ program management experience
Outstanding interpersonal skills, so you can facilitate the optimal decisions in
discussions with brilliant and opinionated stakeholders
Real-world knowledge and experience in project management approaches and tools
Ability to deal with very ambiguous, fluid situations and bring structure and clarity to
them
Self-starter who takes initiative and delivers results
Adept at establishing relationships and alliances with engineering teams
Ability to develop scripts to automate aspects of project planning
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
Experience in a Software Product environment
Experience with Developer Products including SDK
Experience in the advertising industry
Experience in the area of privacy
Good understanding of mark-up languages such as HTML, Markdown
Hands-on experience with SQL and SQL scripting
Hands-on experience with JavaScript
