JOB DETAIL

  • ETL Architect – Informatica, DataStage,
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of strong development experience in Informatica (ETL), DataStage
  • Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter,
  • Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL databases
  • Experience on both on-prem / Azure cloud platform
  • Develop an ETL Architecture Roadmap
  • Define the required infrastructure/projects to implement the roadmap
  • Perform design, development, documentation, debugging and implementation of solutions for Informatica ETL requirements
  • Deliver documents with ETL & DWH strategy, standards and adhering to ETL & DW principles & policies
  • SQL performance tuning, relational model analysis and data migration
  • Design end-to-end ETL solution for complex case studies
  • Designing various data loading patterns NRT/Batch with different data formats from various source systems
  • Create support documentation describing the functionality of the integrations.
  • Provide feedback to Data Architects on the scalability of data models.
  • Maintain consistency in naming standards and ensure standards are followed.
  • Ensure adherence to data management/governance policies, processes, and standards
  • Over 10 years of prior IT experience in Data Management / ETL / ELT / Data Warehousing.
  • Proven experience with Data Management & Integration.
  • Experience in leading and guiding development of an Informatica ETL architecture roadmap.
  • Experience in Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
  • Responsible in managing tasks and deadlines for the ETL teams both Onsite and Offshore.
  • Requirement gathering and requirement Analysis
  • Interacting with the client on various forums
  • Sound concepts of Relational and dimensional data modelling with good DW concepts
  • Good working exposure in implementing end-to-end Data warehousing solutions using Informatica.
  • Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to team members.
  • Head complex ETL requirements and design. Identify, recommend, and implement ETL process and architecture improvements
  • Ability to design, test, debug and migrate Informatica code
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.
