·       Minimum of 2 years digital QA experience with automation tools (ex: Appium, Selinium, PostMan)

·       Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading digital QA process

·       Proficient in build automation frameworks such as Azure DevOps and CloudBees, Jenkins and Ant

·       Proficient in JIRA, Excel, and Git/Git flow technologies

·       Experience with creating:

·       Scripted automations

·       QA pipelines and builds

·       Templated process and SLA expectations

·       Experience with REST service tests

·       Experience with APM and monitoring tools (i.e. Application Insights, )

·       Experience with testing consumer/B2C facing technologies (Web and Mobile)

·       Experience with wiki/collaboration tools (Sharepoint, Confluence, etc.)

·       Experience with interacting with cross-functional partners, internal resources, and agencies to support delivery based on the brand marketing calendars

The delivery coordinator must understand and balance a wide variety of factors that affect technical strategy and execution.  Responsibilities include:

·       Lead vendor partner automation developers

·       Plan and project manage QA automation work with digital marketing calendar, and ensure all teams have necessary resources to deliver on commitments

·       Develop library of reusable automations

·       Hook in automations with Production Support processes
