Location – Raleigh , NC/Remote Initially
Duration --Longterm Contract
Job Description:
Responsible for availability, latency, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning.
Strong experience in troubleshooting escalated issues
Automate the infra provisioning and deploy process
Automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform as well as container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar)
Advanced Knowledge on APM, Infra, and serverless monitoring
Experience in design and architecture of a hybrid cloud environment that is highly available and scalable
Provide additional support for other cloud technologies (eg: OpenStack).
Troubleshooting Elastic Load Balancing Connectivity, EC2, network connectivity, and log analysis in AWS
Use CloudWatch for Resource Monitoring
