1.      Leading offshore team for assigned projects
2.      Requirement understanding and test planning  and review of test cases
3.      Issue clarification discussion with Involved project teams and process SMEs
4.      Co-ordination and communication with project stakeholders
5.      Driving defect triage calls during test execution
6.      Defect Retesting and execution
7.      Updating ALM for defect management
8.      Status reporting to project stakeholders
