Willingness to drive in an incident and production support environment for the program
Ability to quickly learn overall software/system architecture
Understand integrations that are in place and how the system works E2E
Strong communication skills – oral and written
This will be key as they will be required to lead certain investigation sessions, as well as with our Business partners to determine root cause and establish next steps
Ability to work with another vendor to knowledge transfer, and clearly request additional details needed in order to better perform his/her respective functions
Experience in group business especially – disability claims. Ability learn new product – FINEOS or already experience in FINEOS would be great.
