•            Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

•            5yrs PeopleSoft experience in Developer/Programmer/Analyst role

•            Knowledge of database theory and implementation with strong SQL experience.

•            PeopleSoft FSCM experience with solid understanding of PeopleSoft Tables and data flow in Supply Chain modules.

•            Advanced query and report writing experience

•            State of Texas CAPPS experience

•            Expertise in Contract Life Cycle Management

•            5yrs QA/QC experience and Developer/Programmer Analyst experience in a PeopleSoft environment

•            Expert procedural knowledge of the STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).

•            Experience with Kanban and SCRUM methodology.

•            Proven testing experience throughout the lifecycle of a project.

•            Experience testing enterprise level software architectures.

•            Experience performance, stress and load testing enterprise level software.

•            5yrs Working knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix.
