• Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture in the following

• Field Service Lighting

• CRM

• Strong hands-on experience

• Customization & Configuration – Lighting/ Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers /

Workflows / Approvals

• Strong Experience in REST Services, Salesforce API, Force.com

• Integration experience with ERP systems through middleware like Informatica / MuleSoft / Webservices, etc.

• Data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different

business systems (ETL, CPQ, SAP, marketing automation, reporting, etc.).

• Excellent in Customer facing, Leading 15-20 members’ teams

• Expert CPQ skills Salesforce.com cloud based quote-to-cash stack of products, including CPQ

(configure/price/quote), CLM (contract lifecycle management)
