- Support other UX designers product design and development.
- Work with a team to bring innovative ideas and designs to life leveraging skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and related tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with strategic product managers, engineering leads, business analysts, project managers and marketers.
- Assist in refining the user interface, product features, and end-to-end experience for new features/functionality.
- Participate in design reviews and provide critique and feedback.
- Remain on top of industry trends, and evaluate innovative design approaches to develop internal innovation and engaging solutions.
- Manage multiple competing project priorities include support of Marketing Department initiatives.
- Work closely with customers to translate business requirements into meaningful interactive experiences.
- Iteratively develop user experiences.
- Assist with developing and documenting coding standards, styles guidelines.
- Actively participate in all defined SDLC processes.
- Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.

Skills and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, including strong hands-on development skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related technologies (Angular preferred).
- Experience working within Agile and or Scrum methodologies.
- Working knowledge with Interaction Design (IxD).
- Intermediate to advanced-level skills using prototyping tools such as Axure RP Pro, Bootstrap, etc.
- Responsive web and mobile application design experience is preferred.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and techniques.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
- BS/BA in Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Portfolio of work is highly preferred.
