JOB DETAIL

Looking for a Pega Business Architect per the requirements below

 

Key Skillset

·         Proficient with Business Process Automation with PEGA systems BPM suite specifically PEGA RULES Process Commander (PRPC) [must have]

·         Ability to gather requirements working with business stakeholders to understand the “what” and “why”.  From a personality, someone who brings a curious mindset is ideal vs capture business requirements at face value.  The key is to understand the what and why which serves as the basis to develop user stories in Jira and determine the definition of done

·         Strong knowledge of Pega out of the box features - GetNext, SLAs, assignments, routing, work queues [must have]

·         Drive playback sessions to the business to get approvals on features built

·         Ability to do functional testing from a user’s perspective, review test cases as part of each sprint 

·         Prior experience with decentralized agile teams including offshore [must have]

·         Prefer 7-10 year experience in a Business Systems Analyst role working with Pega platform especially within the Insurance domain (health, Life, Annuity, etc.)

·         Agile Delivery expertise [must have]

·         Pega Business Architect certification (desired)
