JOB DETAIL
Partner with business leadership to identify requirements and establish a clear, consistent capability vision as well as supporting technology vision through collaboration, influence, and enablement.
Create and own future state solution architecture of the marketing technologies aligned with industry evolution and Dropbox landscape
Ensure that individual technical solutions align with overall architectural vision
Craft guidance that helps delivery teams identify quality risk factors around security and compliance
Effectively communicating complex technical solutions through excellent written and verbal skills to business stakeholders
Develop technology roadmaps that consider both tactical and strategic direction, as well as factor in cost, user experience and security. Provide technical due diligence of software products and platforms.
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate business stakeholders as needed
Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
Skills:
5+ years of experience working within a marketing environment, MarTech stack
In-Depth understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape, Web technologies (AEM preferred) and experience with technologies like Web Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, Search, MMP, Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, Audience Creation/Targeting
Leads and provides technical leadership to projects/resources on work assignments
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors and management
Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish
Accountable for the development of project documentation for senior executives and other key clients to facilitate sharing of project outcomes and best practices
