- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and learn quickly
- Good Problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Spontaneous capability to work in a team and independently as well
- Strong Experience in SharePoint Online and On Premise
- Exposure on Office 365, MS Teams
- Strong experience to work on Power apps, Flows and Power BI
- Experience in Modern pages and web parts
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript framework including jQuery, Angular JS, React JS and Rest API
- Strong working knowledge of Nintex forms, InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer to create custom forms, workflows, webparts and solutions
- Design and development of enterprise applications on the Microsoft platform
- Good to have understanding on SPFX
- Experience in Migration from On-premises to Office 365/SPOnline
- Experience in developing SharePoint apps
