8 or more hands on years of SalesForce.com deep technical experience
Strong SalesForce expertise in Service, Experience/Community and Sales Clouds
3 or more full life-cycle implementations of SalesForce.com which must include requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional testing and deployment
3 or more years of experience in production support environment
3 or more years of experience in integration with other applications
Requires a basic understanding of customer operations and commercial business.
Proficient communication skills with attention to details and experience in mentoring/leading teams
Ability to translate complicated business requirements into multiple solution options and explain the pros/cons of various approaches
At least 10 years of IT experience
