Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed analysis activities and discussions to capture requirements, defined scope and objectives, and user-system/system-system interactions as well as narrative and pictorial artifacts.
- Prepare technical artifacts, documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information from subject matter experts.
- Evaluate existing processes and supporting systems to assess operational efficiencies; develop recommendations for improvement and evaluate alternative solutions as needed.
- Assist with the development of integration and quality assurance testing as needed by defining test cases, coordinating testing activities and summarizing test results for management’s review.
- Lead and direct the work of others as needed.
- Provide project management for projects on an as needed basis.
- Analyze data to develop process and technology change recommendations.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience or equivalent education in identifying, analyzing, and documenting use cases and requirements; analyzing application features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs; conducting workflow, process diagrams and gap analysis; writing specifications for conversion or interface programs.
- Ability to work with all levels of users across an organization with little or no instruction on day-to-day activities.
- Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with technical data analysis, functional design, modeling, system development processes, and system testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, COBIT and ISO 27001
- Six Sigma training or project experience a plus
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite of products with an emphasis on Visio and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area preferred.
