Min. 5+ years of hands on Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter, BlazeMeter and K6
Hands-on experience performance testing protocols types TCP, FTP, Message Queues and DB via JDBC
Hands-on exposure to quickly identify performance bottlenecks using APM tools(New Relic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace) and AWS CloudWatch
Strong with Java and Python programming skills
Strong understanding of basic DB tuning, application server tuning and common issues around performance and scalability
Comfortable working with Linux based environment as load generators
Experience building highly automated test environments using virtual and cloud resources(AWS, GCP) is strongly needed
Experience working with virtualization and containers (Docker or similar) is desired
Experience using CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo
Experience generating test reports from both tools(InfluxDB and Grafana)
Experience in communicating with technical teams and management to collect requirements, identify tasks and help resolve issues in triage calls
