Description
Looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help support the development and launch of a Salesforce/Datawarehouse/Tableau project being built by a 3rd party. Project is underway and we need someone who can jump in and come up to speed quickly. Project is focused on data transformation for our Affiliate Sales Team and someone with a background supporting Sales or Finance would probably do well as it’s centered around our Revenue and Subscriber data. Excellent communication skills required.
· Must have a Salesforce Administration Certification - objects and relationship
· Must have experience with Tableau report creation
· Exposure to BI reporting and general data warehouse/ ETL technologies
· Will work closely with a vendor to oversee their statement of work and ensure their deliverables are meeting our business requirements.
· Develop a deep understanding of the overall architecture of the application and begin knowledge transfer to provide support once application is Live.
Future support activities include general Salesforce admin duties for the application and modifications to existing Tableau reports

Work Environment
Autonomous work environment. They will be working remote through the end of 2021. Then they will only be expected to come onsite to Culver City once a week.

• The project is for an internal facing application within salesforce to provide a holistic view of their affiliate programs
• Initially will be used by the sales team (launching in Nov/Dec) but then will scope out to support other teams such as finance or accounting and then continue to expand
• Salesforce project experience is crucial
o Must be able to help shape requirements knowing the capabilities of the tool
o Cross functional communication skills between data, engineering, stakeholders
o Will also be working with DBA, warehousing teams, tech teams, and vendor teams
• This person will be coming into a project already under way, but requiring a skill set specifically in salesforce to now help the project in its next phase and to scope
