Very strong implementation experience in Data Integration tools specialized withInformatica Power Center and IDQsuite of tools
* Experience delivering Robust and Scalable Enterprise ETL solutions
* Good Knowledge of ETL and Data Quality Concepts, knowledge of basic concepts of Java PL SQL. ( good to have awareness of MDM trends MDM Concepts and other MDM tools )
* Ability to create and analyze unit and system test cases. To be able to debug ETL workflows, SQL code snippets and defect fixing.
* Must possess a strong background in database systems like Oracle with SQL scripting.
* Deep knowledge in Data Integration, Data Quality, Metadata Management.
* Experience in Requirement Analysis. Strong ability to analyze user requirements into technical solutions as per the specifications.
* Knowledge on Data Modeling / Architecture
* Ability to predict and quantify technical risks in the project
* Analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Ability to architect and design, define standards and follow industry best practices for ETL development.
* Experience in creating ETL jobs with delta detection, CDC implementations, bulk loads, real-time integration.

MDM SKILLSET
* Design and develop/customize INFA MDM
* Design and design IDQ mapping to ingest data into MDM and extract data out of MDM
* Analyze data issues and provide recommendation or permanent resolution.
* Understand and participate in Agile ceremonies.
* Experience in INFA MDM development
* Experience in IDQ development
* Strong in SQL
* Knowledge on Data Modeling / Architecture
* Ability to predict and quantify technical risks in the project
* Analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
