- Gather project requirements by collaborating with business owners and subject matter experts to create requirement and use case documentation
- Work with product Project Managers, developers, and SME's at all stages to promote quality practices
- Analyze and streamline existing business processes and communicate advantages to the business partner
- Lead key quality activities like test case creation, requirements traceability, and defect triage
- Act as a liaison between internal customers
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
- Work with business team to address questions and/or concerns during User Acceptance Testing so that releases are done in a timely manner
- Create program and procedure documentation as well as user guides
- Quality Assurance experience including gathering requirements, writing test plans, testing and documenting results
- Understands business processes and can document them in a logical and comprehensible manner
Job Experience
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Ability to follow projects through to completion, adhering to tight timelines
- More than 5 years of experience working as a BA
- Scrum experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Development background would be a plus
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical, research and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both at technical and non-technical level
- Can work independently as well as within a team
- Ability to work on multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
