Be responsible for the day-to-day configurations, support, maintenance, and improvement of our platform.
Serve as primary system administrator, handling all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports, and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
Comfortable building workflows and triggering events in a scheduled process
Work closely with functional leaders, organization units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Admin Certifications a Strong Plus (ADM 201 and ADM 211)
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Certification Preferred.
