•             Program manage all the ongoing supply chain and operations transformation initiatives 

•             Drive the overall supply chain and operations transformation strategy development and implementation

•             Prepare management presentations for the executive leadership

•             Report regularly to the senior executive leadership and stakeholders on the progress of the initiatives

•             Liaison with various functional areas leaders on the business and technology side

•             Drive program office deliverables and work very closely with various stakeholders, process leaders, business owners and executive leadership

•             Drive the overall planning and governance of the program; manage a large team of project managers and identify risks and proactively resolve critical issues across different work streams

•             Ideal candidate should possess strong prior experience of leading large-scale Supply Chain transformation work streams/PMO (Program Management Office) and working with the senior leaders on driving the overall supply chain and operations transformation strategy

•             Foster a positive team environment where open communication and continuous improvement is valued

Qualifications:

•             Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management or related field highly preferred; MBA desirable.

•             Experience on Supply-Chain Management and Operations is required

•             Extensive prior experience in project management/program management for complex supply chain and operations transformation initiatives 

•             Expertise in common knowledge-worker tools (Windows, Office Professional, Visio, etc.) and specialized project/program management software (MS Project, etc.)

•             SmartSheet or other project portfolio management (PPM) applications experience/skills desirable

•             Excellent verbal and written communications skills

•             Collaborative, appreciative style of management and engagement with others.

•             5%-10% travel
