- Should have 6+ years of experience.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master Motivated, high performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead.
- Practical experience scaling Scrum and partnering with other teams to monitor cross team dependencies.
- Expertise in Agile / Scrum development methodologies & tools (Jira / Jenkins/ GitHub / Cucumber).
- Detailed understanding of software development lifecycle and agile software development practices
- Participates and/or leads Scrum Master Community of Practice or Scrum of Scrum; as well as mentors other Scrum Masters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable achievement in transitioning a team into Scrum and increasing adoption/maturity over time
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently with limited supervision Strong organization and time management skill
