·         7+ years of experience in C++/COM/C#/Winforms (Most of the work require experience in all areas)

·         To conceptualize/design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

·         Strong knowledge Data Structure, Algorithms, Memory Management, Design Pattern Array manipulations, Escalation handling, Problem solving, Design thinking

·         Strong knowledge on Performance Tuning, .Net Garbage Collection

·         Escalation handling with good trouble shooting and Analytical skills

·         Individual contributor and hands on experience with Engineering Domain is preferred,

·         Product Based thinking (may be from product based application experience)
