JOB DETAIL

·       Manages and drives all aspects of the program lifecycle including solution definition, budget options and alternative analysis (with Architecture, DevOps, TechOps, Infosec) and delivery execution by cross-functional teams, inter/intra team communications, technical cut-overs, and risk and issue management

·       Drives/tracks product scrum team milestones against business outcomes (leveraging scrum tea milestone metrics and Vendor KPIs).

·       Works on complex programs where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.  Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

·       Coordinates cross-team dependencies (Architecture, DevOps, TechOps, Infosec, vendors) to prevent bottlenecks and to enable quick issue resolution

·       Manages team internal and external interdependencies, resolving team level blockers and dependencies across multiple DevOps, TechOps and Information Security, and Vendor teams to ensure successful implementation and support 

·       Monitors and reports to GapTech leadership on the status of program efforts (including weekly time reporting, weekly status reporting, monthly budget tracking and forecasting, reconciliation and risk, action, issue, decision management and tracking)

·       Ensure adherence to Architectural Standards, Information Security Policies and Change Management procedures for project delivery 

·       Follows the architectural and information security review processes to achieve funding 

Qualification

·       8+ years of progressively responsible, “hands-on” experience in IT; 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience; a Bachelors Degree required in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field

·       Experience managing large programs or a portfolio of projects as part of a global product and tech ops team ($5+ Million annually)

·       Creative and flexible mindset to planning and problem-solving, ability to lean into the details while maintaining the “big picture”

·       Strength in building partnerships; working collaboratively in a matrixed environment, proven influencing skills over cross-functional teams and with cloud computing engineers, CI/CD engineers, architects, DevOps teams

·       High degree of financial acumen – proven track record of planning and executing on the financial aspect of deliverables

·       Strong executive presence and experience advising, assessing risks and interfacing with senior executives and business leadership on technology related issues, excellent executive-level verbal and written communication 

·       Exposure or managed Cloud migration programs; Have worked in a DevOps environment; Experienced with Agile/Kanban/Lean methodologies
