- Solid Enterprise Network Implementation and Troubleshooting Experience (5+ yrs on Cisco Products)
- Implement Lab Network Segmentation and Other Network Integration Projects as per IT Design Guide/Runbook
- Ensure Smooth Integration without causing outage/impact to the network
- Work on Client Tickets for Support of Lab & Related Networking Services and take end to end responsibility of the implementation.
- Troubleshoot complex networking problems and resolve them within the SLA
- Participate in Oncall (24/7 Duty Spoc) rotation and respond to P1/P2 incidents (specific to Lab & Related Network services)
- Advanced Routing & Switching Knowledge (EIGRP, BGP, IPV6 & Wired/Wireless, L2 Technologies)
- Advanced Security / Virtualization technologies – IPSEC, VPN , MGRE, ASA’s, VRF, LISP
- Well versed with ACL and IO upgradation activities.
- Mentor for the Monitoring NOC and help in fine-tuning the alerts
- Should have an exposure to all network tools
- CCNP is MUST, CCIE certified preferable
