• Lead development and execution of the product roadmap – defining, prioritizing, and shipping features and products to further the needs of our users and the business.

• Contribute to the short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps for the platform.

• Understand payer processes and apply industry experience to help drive product requirements

• Create detailed product requirements as necessary, based on customer and industry research. Ensure that requirements that have a regulatory component are thoroughly and sustainably tested.

• Drive the development of new and streamlined processes to both embrace regulatory and quality requirements while fostering a strong product development culture.

• Work with product engineering and design teams to ensure the vision of each feature becomes a reality.

• Monitor and understand the key metrics for the platform, and work to continuously improve them

• Provide leadership to business analysts for requirements documentation and collaboration with developers

• Work closely with validation teams for appropriate test scenarios coverage and maintain quality of testing.
