Create test plans and checklists from product workflows
Execute the full range of testing on bug fixes and features including regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and exploratory testing
Document, research, and communicate defects and issues discovered during test execution
Work collaboratively with developers, designers, and support team members in the validation of requirements and design while creating the test plans and scripts
Maintain all processes and procedures related to testing application code for deployment
Develop, maintain, and execute test automation tools, test data, frameworks, and infrastructure
Prepare test scenarios for execution of large-scale performance tests
Provide continuous improvement ideas and solutions in an ever-changing environment
Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and use those technologies to solve business problems
Develop deep knowledge of the product and features
Identifying data required for execution
Work with development teams to resolve design issues discovered during testing phases
Qualifications
Preferred:
At least of 1 year of experience with relational database technology, including schema design, stored-procedure development, and SQL queries
A secure understanding of version control and repository management using DevOps, TFS, Git or similar
Basic programming experience
Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
Required:
5+ years of QA experience including testing complex systems and developing automated tests
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from accredited colleges/universities in related field(s)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving and investigative skills as demonstrated by your ability to discover how the software works and what causes it to fail
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks competing for priority
Experience with version control, code collaboration, and continuous-integration systems
Possess solid communication skills and a strong customer focus
Experience developing automated system and performance tests
