The manager is looking for someone with a strong Salesforce background (at least 5+ years of salesforce experience doing similar work) to review a backlog of trouble tickets (approximately 50) and resolve the issues by working with the internal team to better understand and fix their need for maximum effectiveness within Salesforce (or determine if the need/ problem is larger and they need to escalate to the dev team).
 
Team info & background:
The Demand generation team is responsible for initiating extensive outreach to our prospects via campaigns, email sequences and meetings. The Demand Gen team, comprised of both Marketing and Sales Development is trying to track Lead and Contact movement through the sales cycle.
 
The team needs to know extensive information about the prospect movement through marketing attribution features such as MQL Dates, recent campaign dates, response dates, and more.
To track conversion rates from campaigns, and audience behavior, the Marketing Ops team needs a feedback loop to better understand MQL scoring effectiveness. Marketing Managers needs to understand how many responses in a campaign were MQLs, Inquiry, Suspect, DQ, Nurture, etc. Furthermore, the team would like to track opportunities through the sales cycle, as they related to campaigns and prospect behavior.

There is an ongoing effort to adequately stamp back to the Lead and Contact information about their movements. This effort requires understanding the quantity of prospects moving through tools such as Outreach, Leandata and Distribution Engine. Effort must be made to affect these prospects without hitting Salesforce governor limits. This work needs to be completed in Apex triggers and batch jobs in order to allow for the amount of information attribution. An assessment of exactly how much and whether it has been done in the optimal fashion is necessary
