General Business Analytics Skills:
Strong or able to pick up sufficient context from 3 Bus quickly. Able to understand business goal and identify the optimal analytics approach to solve problem efficiently

Experiment Design / Stats / Campaign Analytics:Good - Can think strategically about impact of the digital initiatives, create business cases, define requirement and plan for measurement and reporting collaborating with Data Scientist.
- Exposure to ML:Good – solid working knowledge of fairly advanced ML models. Proactive about identiying ML opportunities during the baseline phase that address business problems.
- SQL / data analysis: Sufficient
