Full Stack Java Developer

7 + years of software development experience in Java/J2EE
Strong experience with application development using Spring Boot
At least 3 + years of deploying and maintaining software using a public cloud such as AWS.
Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.
Experience designing well-defined Restful APIs
Experience writing API proxies on platforms such as AWS API Gateway
Hands-on experience with API tools such as Swagger, Postman, and Assertible
Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, AWS, GitBucket CI/CD, DevOps, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
Strong knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth2 and JSON Web Token
Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum)
Message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AWS SNS, Apache ActiveMQ, Kinesis
Nice to have Batch or stream processing systems such as Apache Spark.
Test-driven development and behavior-driven development
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as TestNG / Cucumber and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.
Must demonstrate a solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms.

Demonstrated leadership on small to medium-scale projects impacting strategic priorities
