• Expert understanding and at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow tool
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL framework
• Good understanding of Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Good understanding of Application Portfolio Management (APM), Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow Discovery to find application and devices in network and update CMDB.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow Service Mapping to drive service-aware operations.
• Good understanding of Identification and Reconciliation engine (IRE)
• Create knowledge and process documentation for both internal team and customer use
• Good to have multi-platform experience on Unix/Linux and Windows Server family.
• Good team Player and Individual contributor with steep learning curve and good personal skills.

Technical Skills

• Required: ServiceNow APM/SAM/HAM, CMDB, Java Script, SQL
• Good to have: HTML, CSS, UI, Unix, Linux
