·         Must have Oracle R12 Upgrade Experience

·         Managing the day-to-day IT operations, networks and computer systems

·         Creating IT project budgets and reallocating resources where necessary

·         Directing the recruitment of IT staff and mentoring the in-house IT team

·         Ensuring that employees are following computer use, information security and privacy policies

·         Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders

o   Developing a renewal and upgrade schedule for company software programs

·         Running vendor management process to ensure the company’s data security

·         Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks

·         Sustaining the project after completion by devising suitable maintenance and troubleshooting methods

·         Experience in project planning and related tools.

·         Develop detailed project checklist and project plan incorporating both technical and operations or business tasks.

·         Responsible for creating and maintaining the Project Plan using MSP as per the project standards.

·         Responsible for detailed project management of the project deliverables to the new system, resolving discrepancies or process issues related to cutover.

·         Responsible for ensuring successful planning and execution of integrated release project activities and associated system outages.

·         Plans the resources, human and physical required for cut-over activities.

·         Develops the communication and escalation plan. (policies, procedures, downtime processes etc).

·         Provides status reporting to the project leadership and key stakeholders.

·         Ensures entry into and exit out of project stage gates are met including the final Go/No-Go meetings.

·         Acts as the final point of escalation for all Cut-over issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions when the project may be jeopardized.

·         Activities for Pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live.

·         Works closely with the work streams to document the project plan for each boundary system application.

·         Develops back out / contingency plans for Cutover.

·         Coordinates requirements for Go Live including staffing and overall logistics.
