Acts as a subject matter expert and business owner of one or more systems/products, responsible for the development and implementation of a strategic product roadmap and the general health of the systems/products in their portfolio. As primary point of contact between the systems/products, business users, and IT partners, applies business acumen to design process and technology solutions across systems/products.
Primary responsibilities/essential functions:
- Acts as the subject matter expert for multiple systems/products
- Configures settings and applications as necessary
- Troubleshoots systems/products issues and escalates as necessary.
- Monitors systems/products performance through various reports and VOC.
- Researches and resolves data failures and exceptions.
- Develops, updates and test codes as needed.
- Develops reports for data driven stories relating to adoption, productivity, efficiency and/or business cases
- Prepares and maintains system/product and process documentation.
- Develops and drives system/product enhancements, new functionality, upgrades and testing
- Analyzes impacts of upgrades, enhancements and/or new functionalities to current systems/products configuration and ecosystem
- Develops test plan and scenarios to ensure expected results are achieved
- Ensures enterprise-wide changes in software, hardware or server do not impact the functionality of the application or system.
- Develops, analyzes and recommends business system processes to improve workflow and efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Researches new technology trends and solutions, identifying technology trends to propose solutions driving productivity and efficiency of the business.
- Researches technology that may enhance the current systems/products to determine viability for implementation; develops the business case and makes recommendation to senior manager.
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
