· Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs)

· Familiarity with web technologies (object - oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and experience with the latest web standards including HTML5 and CSS3 · Experience in development or prototyping

· Experience with UI/UX design, wireframing

· Proficiency in Figma including best practices for creating Design Systems

· Experience working with design systems and componentization

· Cross functional collaboration skills.

· Familiarity with WCAG and Accessibility requirements

· Familiarity with a CSS pre-processing framework (such as Sass or Post CSS)

Responsibilities/Activities

· Coordinating a versatile design system, working closely with. UX designers and front-end engineers.

· Be a critical part of the creations of design system, guiding definition and implementation

· Evangelizing the design across business units
